ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GRANTS YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR STATE, COUNTRY, OR TERRITORY. OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTY IV WELLNESS DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS. FOR MORE INFORMATION, YOU SHOULD REFER TO THE LAWS GOVERNING YOUR PLACE OF RESIDENCE.

Beauty IV Wellness warrants that the Beauty IV Wellness Device will materially conform to its specifications as provided to you in writing at the time of purchase, and that it will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the Subscription Effective Date (as defined in Section 11.5 of the Beauty IV Wellness Terms of Use).

This warranty excludes damage resulting from mishandling of the Beauty IV Wellness Device or use inconsistent with the Beauty IV Wellness Terms of Use, including but not limited to water damage, dropping the device, or other acts of negligence. Further, please note, this warranty does not cover: (i) consumable parts such as batteries unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (ii) cosmetic damage such as scratches unless caused by a defect; (iii) damage caused by use with non-Beauty IV Wellness Device or accessories not meeting Beauty IV Wellness's specifications; (iv) damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, external causes like fire or earthquakes; or (v) damage due to operation outside of Beauty IV Wellness's published guidelines and Terms of Use.

Extended Warranty

Any third-party extended warranty purchased in connection with the Beauty IV Wellness Device and/or Beauty IV Wellness Accessories will be subject to the specific terms of that extended warranty, to which Beauty IV Wellness is not a party.

How to Obtain Warranty Service?

To exercise the above stated warranty, you must first contact Beauty IV Wellness at support@lumen.me with a description of the warranty event and a proof of purchase. Upon Beauty IV Wellness's written confirmation that your device is covered under this warranty, you must ship the defective or damaged device to Beauty IV Wellness (or as instructed).

Beauty IV Wellness, at its sole discretion, will decide whether to repair the device using new or previously used parts that meet Beauty IV Wellness's quality standards or replace the device with a new or refurbished device of the same model or, with your consent, a device with substantially similar features. Devices must be returned in their original packaging or in packaging providing an equivalent degree of protection.

It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials stored on the device or related to the use of the device, as Beauty IV Wellness is not responsible for any data loss during service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired or replacement device to reach you may vary. The repaired or replacement device will continue to be covered for the remaining term of the original one (1) year warranty. Beauty IV Wellness shall bear the malfunctioning and replacement Beauty IV Wellness Devices' shipping costs that are associated with exercise of the warranty provided hereunder.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Caution

• Beauty IV Wellness is intended for personal use only and is not suitable for individuals with existing medical conditions such as diabetes, metabolic disorders, or lung disease. For full details, please refer to the Beauty IV Wellness Terms of Use.

• Beauty IV Wellness is designed for users aged 16 years and older.

• Beauty IV Wellness is designed for a single user. For hygiene and performance reasons, avoid sharing the device between individuals.

• When using Beauty IV Wellness, insert only the tip of the mouthpiece into your mouth and ensure the exhaust vent remains unobstructed. Do not insert the mouthpiece into any other bodily orifice.

• Do not use the device to inhale any substances.

• Protect the device from liquid spills, direct sunlight, high heat sources, and prolonged exposure in vehicles.

• Avoid exposing Beauty IV Wellness to compressed air, and ensure the device is stored with its cap mounted when not in use.

• Use only the provided Docking Station or a comparable USB-C to USB-A cable for charging.

• Clean the device with appropriate materials following the cleaning instructions provided within the box of the Beauty IV Wellness Device; avoid strong chemicals or abrasive materials.

• Mishandling the battery, including exposure to fire, extreme temperatures, or mechanical crushing, may cause explosions, leakage, or release of flammable gases.

Warning

Ensure that Beauty IV Wellness does not interfere with personal medical devices. Do not attempt to disassemble the device, as this may cause electrical shock and void the warranty. Avoid dropping or immersing Beauty IV Wellness in water. Always secure the mouthpiece cap when not in use and keep it out of reach of children and pets to prevent choking hazards.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND SAFETY POLICY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEAUTY IV WELLNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR SAFETY CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

SOME STATES, COUNTRIES, OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

GENERAL TERMS

No Beauty IV Wellness reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality of the remaining terms shall not be affected.

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Beauty IV Wellness Device purchase took place, and shall be further subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Beauty IV Wellness Terms of Use, as updated from time to time.
