SMS Terms of Service Beauty IV Wellness

When you provide your mobile number to Beauty IV & Wellness — for example, through our website contact form, chat widget, or booking request — and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us related to your care. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, booking and scheduling follow-ups, replies to questions you send us, and other customer-care and account-related messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Because our services involve prescription medications and licensed medical providers, all sales are final once an order has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.No Refunds After Sent to Pharmacy
Once your order status is Sent to Pharmacy, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. At that point, the prescription has been reviewed and transmitted to a licensed pharmacy, and costs have already been incurred to prepare and dispense your medication.Shipping, Delivery & Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). Once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the handling, transit, and timely delivery of the package. Beauty IV Wellness is not responsible for delays, misrouting, loss, damage, or temperature exposure caused by the carrier during transit or while a package is held at any carrier facility.Temperature-Sensitive Products. Certain compounded medications require cold-chain or temperature-controlled shipping. While we package these products with appropriate insulation and cold packs designed to maintain safe temperatures for the estimated transit time, we cannot guarantee product integrity if a carrier delay, service disruption, weather event, or other circumstance beyond our control extends the transit period beyond the planned shipping window.Carrier Delays & Service Disruptions. In the event of carrier-caused delays, including but not limited to hub congestion, weather disruptions, volume surges, equipment failures, labor actions, or natural disasters, Beauty IV Wellness will not be held liable. Customers acknowledge that such delays are outside of Beauty IV Wellness’ control.Reship Policy. If a shipment is materially delayed due to a carrier issue and product integrity may be compromised, Beauty IV Wellness may, at its sole discretion, arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer. Any decision to reship is made on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute an admission of liability. Beauty IV Wellness will not be held liable.Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Beauty IV Wellness be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or carrier service failures. Our maximum liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the original order value of the affected shipment.Disputes & Chargebacks. Customers agree to contact Beauty IV Wellness directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute related to a shipping delay. Beauty IV Wellness will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include reshipment or store credit. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Beauty IV Wellness may result in account suspension. Early Cancellation 
Once a shipment has been processed or shipped, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable. Partial usage of a shipment does not impact refund eligibility or calculation. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid and will never result in a negative balance.
